The Lillooet Employment Centre offers the following services in a respectful and friendly environment. Employment counsellors will work proactively with you while encouraging, engaging and supporting you. Employment Counsellors work within the parameters of the Policies and Guidelines of their employer Lillooet Friendship Centre Society. Staff will use a client-centered approach while working collaboratively in one-to-one counselling sessions with our clients.
Employment Counsellors will work with a client to develop a Return to Work Action Plan that suits his/her individual needs. Employment Counsellors use the Needs Determination process that could result in a client participating in one or more of the following interventions or activities depending on what your barriers are:

Lillooet Employment Centre Open House

The Lillooet Employment Centre hosts an annual Open House in recognition of Canada Career Week and to raise awareness of the programs and services that are offered at the Employment Centre.
