Career Decision Making Process

Staff will use the Needs Determination process to determine your individual needs and eligibility. Through one-to-one counselling flexible Return to Work Action Plans will be developed to suit your needs. At all times counsellors will encourage self-reliance and independence. Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Identification of Employment difficulty through one-to-one counselling sessions
  • Clarification of Employment difficulty through one-to-one counselling sessions
  • Development of an Action Plan through one-to-one counselling session
  • Implementation and Evaluation that included follow-up and Case Management
