Referral Service

Employment Counsellors will refer clients to Community Coordinators who are responsible for the following programs if it has been identified as a part of a clients return to work action plan:

  • Targeted Wage Subsidy program
  • Skills Development Employment Benefits program
  • Self-employment program
    Referrals can also be made to the following services throughout the community depending on the client’s individual scenario and needs.
  • Drug and Alcohol programs
  • Counselling and rehabilitation programs
  • Victims Assistance program - counselling
  • Food Bank program
  • Social Advocacy program
  • Men’s Counselling program
  • Youth Centre – counselling and healthy activities:
  • Lillooet Mental Health program
  • Lillooet Medical Clinic / Hospital – doctor referral
  • Lillooet Learns – FASD – Learning disabilities
  • Drug and Alcohol programs at community and band levels
  • Community Health Nurse at community and band level
  • Rehab Group in Kamloops area

  • Lillooet Adult Education Centre – School District # 74
  • Lillooet Learns
  • Band Social Workers and Education Coordinators
