The Lillooet Employment Centre offers a Resource Library with computer work stations that clients accessed for the following reasons:

- Labour Market research
- Job Search Activities
- Self help materials and information
- Resume writing programs and software
- Self assessments that assisted clients to determine their personal interest, barriers to employment, skills, abilities, employability skills, aptitudes
- Employment trends
- Clients are encouraged to research their occupational choices through the use of the Internet and other resource tools from our library to come up with a realistic and suitable career plan.

- Referral
Employment Counsellors will refer clients to Community Coordinators who are responsible for the following programs if it has been identified as a part of a clients return to work action plan:
- Targeted Wage Subsidy program
- Skills Development Employment Benefits program
- Self-employment program
Referrals can also be made to the following services throughout the community depending on the client’s individual scenario and needs.
